You may qualify for provincial grants to make your home more energy efficient. Your 'retro-fitted' home will reap the energy cost savings immediately, and the Government of Saskatchewan will issue grants and/or rebates to you for upgrading your home. The Saskatchewan EnerGuide for Houses (SEGH) program offers provincial grants for home improvements that lower energy costs, improve comfort and reduce your home’s impact on the environment. The EnerGuide for Houses Program provides rebates to the Saskatchewan homeowners of up to $5,000.
Saskatchewan EnerGuide for Houses (SEGH) was developed in cooperation with Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) to help you make choices that will improve the comfort and energy efficiency of your home. Provincial grants are currently available for homeowners who complete specific energy efficiency upgrades based on the results of their SEGH evaluations - which our Energy Wise Certified Energy Advisors are fully qualified to perform.
