Insulate a minimum of 60 percent of the foundation’s wall area (including basement and crawl space walls, when applicable) to qualify. The grant is based on the percentage of wall area that is insulated and does not include walls between individual dwellings. When both a basement and crawl space are present, the applicable grant is PRO-RATED based on the total foundation wall area insulated to a maximum of $1,000.
